5 Micron Sediment Cartridge: The 5 Micron Sediment Cartridge is an industry-standard size that works with many RO units on the market. It is often referred to as a 10" x 2" cartridge and is designed to capture and reduce unwanted particulate matter like sand, silt, and rust from the water.

5 Micron Carbon Cartridge: The 5 Micron Carbon Block Cartridge is designed to remove chlorine and condition the water before it reaches the RO membrane, extending the membrane's life.

Individually Sealed for Freshness: Each Aquatic Life DI Resin cartridge is vacuum-sealed in a thick Mylar foil bag to keep the resin wet and prolong its life. The new resin is a mix of dark blue and dark brown beads.

Color-Changing Mixed Bed Resin: Aquatic Life uses a combination of cation and anion resins to remove Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from the water as it passes through the cartridge. The resin changes to a tan color when it needs to be replaced.

Up to 98% TDS Reduction: The high-quality Aquatic Life membrane is designed to filter out up to 98% of the Total Dissolved Solids in the water.
